Cyanopica 3D Privacy Policy

Effective 16 October 2026

Cyanopica 3D is created by Cyanopica Studio: Vadim Kondakov, sole proprietor (Russia). On Google Play the app is published by Red Rat in Hat under a license from the developer. Questions about your data: cyanopicastudio@gmail.com.

1Projects and settings

Cyanopica 3D keeps projects, drawings, imported materials and settings in your device's storage. The editor has no server for projects and does not send your scenes to the developer or the publisher.

When you open a file, save a copy or export, you choose the file and its location through Android. If you choose a cloud storage or another app, that service's rules apply to the file from then on.

Projects are kept until you delete them. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app deletes its local data. Copies and exported files you saved elsewhere are deleted separately, where you stored them. Save the works you need before uninstalling.

2Phone as a controller

When you connect a phone and a tablet, the app uses Bluetooth, system pairing and, on the same Wi-Fi network, the local network. Brush and camera commands and the tool state travel only between the two devices you chose. To reconnect, the name and Bluetooth address of the chosen device and the connection settings are stored on the device. They are not sent to the developer's or the publisher's servers. While the tablet is waiting for a phone, it shows a short device model name to nearby Bluetooth devices so that the phone can recognise it.

You can remove the chosen device with «Forget device» in Cyanopica 3D's connection settings. System pairing is removed separately in Android's Bluetooth settings. Bluetooth permissions are used to find and connect the devices; on older Android versions the system also requires the location permission to search for devices. The app does not use your location.

3Full purchase and Google Play

Full is a one-time purchase through Google Play Billing. Sign-in and payment take place in Google Play and the payment method you choose there. The app receives from Google Play the product ID, the purchase token and order details, the purchase state, the acknowledgement flag and Google's signature of the purchase. It never asks for your card number or account password.

The confirmed purchase token and the access state are stored encrypted on the device so that Full works offline. An unfinished purchase is stored until its outcome is known. These records are deleted when the app's data is cleared. When Google Play no longer lists Full for the Google account in use (for example after a refund), Full is turned off on the device; it returns when the same account lists it again. To tell this apart from a missing connection, the app checks whether the device is online; this information does not leave the device. Deleting local records does not delete your Google Play purchase history.

Google Play Billing, the Google library built into the app to sell and restore Full, also sends Google technical diagnostics about its own operation (for example, whether a billing request succeeded, the app and library versions, the device model and Android version). The developer and the publisher do not receive these diagnostics. Google Play processes payment and account data and these diagnostics under Google's own rules: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4Support

If you write to cyanopicastudio@gmail.com, the developer receives your address, your message and the files you attach. They are used to answer, to investigate an error and to resolve purchase questions. The editor never attaches projects or diagnostic reports automatically. Do not send passwords or full bank card details.

The Gmail mail service is used to receive messages: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Correspondence is kept until the request is resolved and then deleted, unless keeping it is required to fulfil obligations or by law. To access, correct or delete data you provided to the developer, write to the same address. The developer has no remote access to the projects on your device.

5What the app does not do

Cyanopica 3D shows no ads and contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. It has no user accounts and no sign-in of its own, and it does not sell or share personal data. The app is a general-audience creative tool and is not directed at children under 13.

6This website

This website has no forms, accounts, cookies or advertising and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. The server that delivers the pages records the technical data needed for that (a shortened IP address, browser, requested address, referring page and time) in its log. The log is kept for up to 30 days and is used only for security and for overall visit counts; it is not used to identify or profile visitors.

7Changes

The current version of this policy is available in the app, on this page and through the link in the Cyanopica 3D listing on Google Play. When data handling changes, the text and its date are updated.
