Cyanopica 2D Terms of Use

These terms apply to Cyanopica 2D from Google Play and to this website. Cyanopica 2D is created by Cyanopica Studio: Vadim Kondakov, sole proprietor (Russia). On Google Play the app is published by Red Rat in Hat under a license from the developer. Contact: cyanopicastudio@gmail.com.

1Your license

Cyanopica 2D is licensed to you, not sold. You may install it from Google Play and use it on devices you own or control, for personal and commercial creative work. Google Play's terms apply as well.

You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app, remove its notices, or bypass the check of the Full purchase. Studying how the app works is allowed only to the extent the law permits it.

2Free version and Full

The free version has no time limit and adds no watermark. Its limits are described in the Google Play listing and in the app. Full is a one-time purchase that unlocks the additional features permanently; it is not a subscription. Works made with Full open in the free version too, with all their layers and frames.

Payment, taxes, receipts and refunds are handled by Google Play under its rules. Full is linked to the Google account you used to buy it and is restored with the same account after reinstalling or on another device.

3Your work

Everything you create in Cyanopica 2D belongs to you. You may use your drawings, animations and exported files in any way, including commercially. The app keeps works on your device and does not send them to us.

You are responsible for the material you import, such as pictures, photos, brushes, fonts, sounds and videos, and for having the rights to use it. Keep backups of important works: if the app's data is cleared or the device is lost, we cannot restore them.

4Built-in materials and components

The app includes papers, brush textures, fonts and libraries from other authors under their licenses. You may use them as part of the work you make in the app.

5Changes and availability

We improve the app and may change, add or remove features, and we try not to take away anything you paid for. The app is designed for Android 10 or newer with OpenGL ES 3.0, best on a tablet with a stylus; how large works and live materials perform depends on the device.

6Liability

We take care to make Cyanopica 2D reliable, but it is provided as it is, without a promise that it suits every purpose or works without errors. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Full. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

7Privacy

How the app and this website handle data is described in the Cyanopica 2D privacy policy on this website.

8Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update the text and its date on this page.
